And magic there is, as she and brother Erik follow some mysterious footprints in the snow. Not to be left behind are Marie’s two mice and a cat on an adventure of their own. And so begins a perilous journey weaving in and out of time, in a world of Christmas stories and Christmas carols – a world under threat from gods and ghosts of the Dark Ages, led by Woden the storm god and lord of the dead!
